Prices do not show up when I import products

I have been searching and I have not found an answer yet so I have to post the question. Attached is a sample of what I am trying to import.

Simply version, it took me awhile to figure out how to get categories to properly import and got that. Now I am working with my products and I got them to import and show under the correct categories, but every time it only shows the price as 0.00 not as the price I marked. I have tried importing it as Price tax excl. and Price tax incl. neither worked.

How do I get my prices to show? Also, how to I get it mark the item as taxable? I set up the tax option to charge tax in Ohio, but no matter what I try when I import it never marks the item as taxable.

One more question, If I put a wholesale price is that visible to the public or only me?
