MacRoy
Hi! My pictures on the product page is not visible when I activate Friendly URL in Prestashop 1.6.0.9. I use the default theme and the server is set to allow Friendly URL, and I have not moved or changed in the pictures either. Is this a bug or what? El Patron
turn friendly back on then clear your browser cache, do you see them now?
MacRoy
Thanks for your response! No, I see no difference at all. The problem arises as I said only when I have Friendly URL Enabled. I have tried to clear all caches. No difference at all.

El Patron
I guess I have two ideas left. using ftp check filed date/time of .htaccess (permission generally 664) turn on friendly, check that the .htaccess file time did it change? another thought but since ps let you turn on friendly, is that mod_rewrite is not enabled on your hosting, but that is long shot guess
MacRoy
Thanks for your response. Nothing happens. Considering that the actual PrestaShop Recommends Friendly URL.

MacRoy
Hello El Patron! I've checked the permissions, and I have also checked all the settings on my server for Friendly URL, and everything looks as it should. Have also checked the .htaccess file regarding the date of the pictures, and I also made a new .htaccess. PrestaShop got update that I wanted to be sure that there was something strange there! mod_rewrite is also enabled. These problems had I not with PrestaShop 1.5.4.1 as an example. Also did a fresh install. The same results. Could it be a bug?
El Patron
how do you have installed? sub-domain, directory from other domain name? it's possible that if in sub directory, hosting it may not be reading the .htaccess file in your sub-directory. this of course is just some thoughts, friendly url has no open issue like this that I know of. MacRoy
I have not made any changes to either the paths or some changes in the installation. I have the same prerequisites as when I used with PrestaShop 1.5.4.1 then it worked! Regards MacRoy

MacRoy
[solved] Problem solved! It turned out that since updating Ubuntu Server 14.04 they had made a change in the whole structure. So the error could be corrected by adding (All) in (apache2.conf) file! I have also reported to the PrestaShop! Feels very good .... regards MacRoy
