Blank email when replying to messages from the Backend

I’ve been looking for a fix for this, but to no avail, possibly looking in the wrong place so I’ll explain as best I can.

 

When a user fills out the contact form on the website, the emails are received no problem, both in my email inbox and saved in Customer Service in the backend.

 

Initially I had a problem replying to the messages, via the backend, I got an error but solved this as outlined on http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/261186-cant-send-customer-service-messages/ by replacing a line on AdminCustomerThreadsController.php.

 

I can now reply to the messages without error, the email is also received with the subject ‘An answer to your message is available’ but the actual email doesn’t include the message, its blank but has the shops logo attached.

 

I’m at a bit of a loss where to look to solve this, I’m guessing it’s an email template issue, but could be completely wrong so any help would be appreciated.
