Adding Special Offers Page

I'd like to add a page that lists products like that new arrivals page.

But this would be for reduced prices, special offers, maybe a side bar slider on the front page?

I do not think their is a slideshow specifically for price drop but you should be able to put something together with this free module

It's the specific prices we're talking about here right?

that's right,

specific prices is a section where you can deifne discounts for your products,

then each product with active specific price will appear on special offers page
