Default language for not yet created text on more languages

Hi.

On my website www.ani-event.dk

I wants to have more language, while I wants to, at first have categories etc on many language.

It will be a tastk running for the next month / years.

Case are:

I want default language to be Danish (my country)

I have allready completely translated english as second language, so no problem here.

But I want German, Rusian, Italien etc. langua to get the English text, if there are not yet the language for these country.

By now they will get danish if they choose German, which are not completed yet.

Can this be setup?
