Change color under header container 1.6

Hello, I have problem change the color behind the header to black. I have tried to change but there are many other places that will be black.

 

Its the blue area I want to be black. Anyone who has any idea?

I maybe barking up the wrong tree but:

 

If you mean this part in "Red"

then add this anywhere in global.css

header {background:red!important;}

 

Change red to any colour you require
