Modules issue in multistore

I have multistore website.I am experiencing problems when making changes to the modules.

When I make changes to the modules like deleting data or changing description .in a respective shop ( the changes take place in all the shops)

..I want the changes to take place only in the respective shop that is logged in...how can I make these shops have their own individual modules so that other shops are not affected when making any changes to the modules?

when you define nth shop, you have options to share or not share native modules.

 

so best is to build nth shop 'not' to share.

 

this of course assumes that the module is compatible with MultiShop, native modules generally are but not all 3rd party are.
