[email protected]
Hi there, we have installed the official Paypal module on the latest Prestashop version. When a customer gets to the last stage and are required to click on the Paypal tab, the link is dead, and we get the 'the web page is not available' message. I'd appreciate any help available please Edited August 14, 2014 by [email protected] (see edit history)
bellini13
We'll need more information. Which Paypal module (Europe or USA), and then which version of that module? BEFORE you reach the checkout page, press F12 on your browser and open the javascript console. Then click the checkout button. Look to see if the console is reporting any javascript errors, this may prevent the paypal button from working properly.

bellini13
similar is not the same, open a different topic. Also, you should read the first screen shot you provided, it says the seller email address is invalid.
lensdoctor
Sorry folks! The answer is here on the Forum... it's just hard to find. An issue of this magnitude should be more prominently displayed. The problem I have been experiencing has been solved. When entering your credentials, in the field "PayPal Business Account:" you should enter your email address.

Also, you should read the first screen shot you provided, it says the seller email address is invalid. Got a little desperate here Bellini, answers are sometimes found where you don't expect to find them. For Newbies, like me, who don't know where to begin looking, one tends to get a little crazy. So lighten up dude. There was no clear way to fix this issue. I spent the better part of a day talking with PayPal Support, changing Primary and Administration emails with no luck. If only the module asked the correct question...
