Image URL problems from URL/Server change

Hi,

 

I recently changed my websites URL and server.

 

Everything has gone fine apart from about 14 images have still got the old URL, so do not show.

 

These images are all icons. So like Wishlist, My Account and Special Prodcucts icons.

 

The image URL they are displaying is 

 

http://www.pamperyourpet.co.uk/themes/pos_optima/css/modules/posspecialproduct/img/bg_special.png

 

but should be 

 

http://www.guesswhatiforgot.co.uk/themes/pos_optima/css/modules/posspecialproduct/img/bg_special.png

 

How do i change the URL?
