how to show categories in the Associated categories

I want to ask how to show categories in Catalog » Product » Associations » Associated categories? 

I've created a category in the Catalog » Categories and then I Add new category. 

when I click on "Expand All" category in the Associated categories, the category chosen instead not appear. 

I create a category in the Catalog » Categories in position underneath "Root", is not in a position under "Home".

Hi there! Can you take a screen of the associations tab, as well as the category list page? Did you set the new one as 'root'? It has to be inside home to be displayed, as long as home is the root category of your shop

sorry if I am late replying to your post, during the last week I was busy in the real world. 

 

The following I will give a screenshot.

First, I've created a category with a name such as "Canon".

I've add a category of products in the Catalog » Product » Associations » Associated categories and then I create new category.

when I click on "Expand All" category in the Associated categories, the category chosen instead not appear.

As I thought, you created a category that's sibling of Home, it must be child of it, so edit or erase canon and when you add it select Home as parent
