Catalog mode only - Product attributes or product feature?

Hi

 

I plan to run a site that is in catalog mode only, that means not selling any kind of products just listing and comparing them.

 

Now i have sort of read up-and-down on product features and attributes, but i am still not sure which one would be better here.

 

Basically i will just list products along with pictures of the given product and together with a set of properties, like size (dimension), color, weight etc. It will not be any kind of option for the customer to select like color or size as one would with a regular clothes shop selling T-shirts. So just a site running Prestashop in catalog mode.

 

What is also important to me is that the visitor of the site can see the Category filter when they enter a "main" page, so they can select filters based on the different criteria that comes up.

 

I appreciate any kind of feedback and tips on this.
