khodari
I have repeatedly failed to do automatic upgrade from version 1.5.6.2 so I tried the manual upgrade and followed the steps in the users manual in the resources section. However on running the upgrade script /install/upgrade/upgrade.php using Google Chrome I get the following error This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below. <action result="fail" error="35"/> Using Internet Explorer I get <?xml version="1.0"?> <action error="35" result="fail"/> Any idea what is wrong? bellini13
you need to keep reading through the xml output looking for the failure, what you provided is just a summary of the failure and is not helpful at all
El Patron
along with Bellin13's advice it may be possible to run the xml through a validator for example here, there are others http://www.xmlvalidation.com/ the main question we might have is what xml file is it? bellini13
when you perform an upgrade, at the end Prestashop displays the result of the database updates performed. The result is just an xml payload, which i believe can also be found in the logs folder
