multi vendor store for single product lowest quote wins

i have a store where have multi vendors who has different pricing options for products. was thinking of having an option where i give access to all vendors to quote  there pricing for each product. 

My shop would display the products name, if any new product with vendor he can add & give his price quote.

 

e.g vendors A,B,C

 

For product Zara price quotes

A-100

B-200

C-101

 

So in this case Vendor A wins the listing & then on the shop his pricing is displayed.Once vendor goes out of stock he updates the listing & then Vendor C pricing is updated. SO my store would have dynamic pricing updated.

 

is there any ready module available for such thing? Please share your views.
