flavex
Hi Guys I'm having an issue with my SSL certificate. The certificate is installed and it works fine in the main website, which means outside Prestashop, still, inside PS, I'm obtaining the following results: 1. All the urls with the ssl (https) are redirected to the url without it (http), there is one exception, the contact form page. 2. The following is the feedback from ww.whynotpadlock.com : Your secure page may require there to be items in a shopping cart, or for the user to be logged in. It may not be possible to test this URL. BTW, I don't use the login procedure in my store in order to optimize for the customer the number of clicks. 3. The following is the feedback from my hoster support: We have analyzed the website https://bodasvips.com.ar/tienda/es/ at http://www.whynopadlock.com/check.php and noticed it is loading with insecured link at http://bodasvips.com.ar/tienda/img/logo.jpg?1406548508 . This is the reason it is not displaying the green padlock. I suggest you to re-update the image link to 'https' and verify the website functionality. The thing is, I'm not using that image, logo.jpg, I dont't know whats the '?1406548508'. BTW, the option 'Enable SSL' is on, but the option ´Force the SSL to all the pages' is off, due to the store don't behave in a normal way. It's weird that the only page which is working with the SSL is the contact page, but if I turn on the option 'Forece the SSL' I don't received the emails in the inbox of my email client and also the customer don't received the confirmation note. This is the url of the store: https://bodasvips.com.ar/tienda/es Thanks for your help. Regards.

flavex
Hi I've received from a buddy the following feedback: I have checked the link to the logo image, and found a variable {$logo_url} which generates inside the prestashop platform. I also compared the code of logo image in Avena theme and default theme and it is the same. That's the reason for the ssl certificate is not working properly. Still, I don't have a possible solution. Would be great if anyone can bring a possible solution. Thanks guys!
