[help] I've got a duplicate directory in my url that disables my pictures from linking/showing up

My shop is dlsportclips.com/presta/

 

I ran into some issues during the initial installation process, and finished it using an app installer via cPanel. Now that I'm starting to build my site, I'm having issues with my images being visible - they show up as only broken links. I've narrowed it down to this being because my images are being stored at dlsportclips.com/presta/index.php/presta/index.php, instead of /presta/ or /presta/index.php. How should I remedy this duplicate directory and get rid of my site pointing to dlsportclips.com/presta/index.php/presta/index.php?
