homepage configure?

So I'm new and I wasn't able to really find what I was looking for and now stuck on a few things.

 

My shop, http://hrfinearts.com/shop/ is what it looks like now.

 

What I would like to do is the following:

• Search to be disabled or uninstalled (I found search modules but they all seem to be disabled, so not sure if it is under a different name)
• Keep "Your logo" and "Cart" in the same place.
• I want to keep my Account, but would like to move "Follow us and icons" down below to the left of My Account.
• Remove the gray block where Follow Us was once it is moved with My Account.
• Make the gray block where "My Account" is a little shorter in height wise.

Any suggestions please?

1) you mean that you want to remove search bar?  if so - go to modules >modules and search for module named "qucik search" and disable / uninstall it

3)  modules > positions search for displayFooter modules list and change position of your social module, move it below block my account module (drag n drop to change position)

Thank you for the assistance so far. I am slowly understanding how some of this works. However, when I removed the searched on the top, it moved the cart block to the left. I wish to have the cart back to where it use to be, ex http://hrfinearts.com/Images/hr1.jpg (its too big to have as image laid out)

 

When I moved the Social beneath the My Account, it actually did this: http://hrfinearts.com/Images/hr3.jpg. I would like Follow Us on the left side of My Account. If that makes sense. Not sure why it did the way it did.

 

Then once I do that, I wanted to remove the gray bar that Follow Us is stationed on right now: http://hrfinearts.com/Images/hr2.jpg

 

I really do appreciate your assistance in this btw.

regarding to the cart

you need to increase  col-sm-4 clearfix to col-sm-8 clearfix in module .tpl file for main <div>
