diu1so Posted November 20, 2009 Share Posted November 20, 2009 Hello, I recently installed prestashop for a new site.Everything goes ok until I try to add images via the back office... I cannot upload them and it gives me this error 1 error 1. image format not recognized, allowed formats are: .gif, .jpg, .png Well, the image is in the right format and on the test server everything went ok.I guess somewhere on the server it's the wrong spot.Please not that the file permissions are ok... so what could be the problem?
