Problem with orders that have multiple items. PS v 1.5.4.1

Hi,

 

I noticed recently that whenever we have bigger order in our store that consists of several items sometimes and above 20, 30 items and quantities of those items also differentiate order sum is not right and there is no status after the order as it would be for the smaller orders.

I found that this order was made by guest and that enabled.

Can this be the cause of the issue?
