[solved] Add custom page & display in center

Hi everyone,

I'm using the permanent links block to add a link in my shop to a custom page/script.

Anyone know what to change, so that when I click on my link (from permanent links block) that it displays it in the center of the shop, like the contact form displays? I missing whatever it is, that tells the shop where to display it.


Edit: Not looking for anything fancy, just want it to display in the middle. (ie, no tpl file). And sorry, I think I posted this in the wrong forum)

Second Edit: Got it figured out. Now just have to solve "Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by" and I'm all set.

Any direction would be appreciated!
