Richieh
We are thinking of revamping our site in terms of SEO, Content, and the complete Look and Feel. If we go through with this, will it drastically affect the natural search ranking such as google? If so, what steps can I take to lessen negative outcome? This is the first time we are stripping our site for a better experience for our clients and would appreciate any advice on this.

gotgmovie2014
just let your URLs for the website be same..And change the other data like title, head tags, desc., content etc. with related to keywords you want to rank in if google finds content to be useful to the user that is searching your keyword. It will never rank lower.
saranrajj
Google gives priority for the page, which has fresh content. If the content is new and customer keeps on engaging in that particular page for long time. There are more changes for it to get listed in top of SERP.
