hmulhim Posted August 9, 2014 Share Posted August 9, 2014 Is this a BUG? I am currently testing a POS system and would like to know if this bug has anything to do with the POS system. I am using version 1.5.6 with Advanced Stock Management enabled. When creating a POS sale/order, it will generate an ORDER_STATUS. I have the choice to choose a specific order status. What I want to to have the ORDER as validated/Paid/Shipped which is automatically reflected in the system as a SALE with deducted from physical stock. I have tested with TWO different configurations as below and check attachments. If I choose to make the ORDER_STATUS to be DELIVERED, the (physical quantity or REAL quantity) will NOT be deducted from my stock, but will generate a sale. nothing happens to stock in this status!! If I choose to make the ORDER_STATUS to be CASH and PAID, it will be deducted from REAL qualntity but not by Physical Quantity.! The work around is first to choose the order status to be CASH, then update the status to be DELIVERED! It seems that Prestashop needs to have every order to have at least TWO statuses to have the order validated and deducted from Physical Quantity! Is my conclusion correct?
