sbt
PS1.6.0.9 Back office, customers-customers customers-shopping carts Many empty shopping carts are created. Please see the attachment. Don't know why. What's the point of creating a lot of empty shopping carts? This is not big deal, but just annoying. Any idea?
PSfever.com
Hi, are you sure that those carts are empty? What do you mean by empty? If you click on detail, do you see content of the cart?

Thanks for replying! Yes, they are empty! As you can see, the total is 0.00 as well. If I click on it, there is no content in it. You don't have such problem? I see that almost all of those carts have been made by one customer - can you try to create a cart logged in as a different customer?

Cause that's testing, and I did not create many customers, 3. I just created another customer and the attached shows one empty cart, Wonder nobody else has this issue?
