BrainScoop
Prestashop version 1.5.3 My customers keep getting "mail_/mails/[iso]/something.html" as the content of every email that is sent from the server. What's going on? Mail alert module works fine as it sends correct emails to shop admins. Other emails such as order confirmation and updates seem corrupted. BrainScoop
I found out a gb folder in mails folder in server files (mails/gb/). I don't know what language that is, I use Indonesian and English namely id and en. Files in both id and en have no problem. But all of the files inside gb folder only have literally "mail_/mails/[iso]/filename.html" somehow. So I suspect prestashop sends emails using these templates. Where do I fix this? BrainScoop
No idea, you can get rid of that folder if the other language is american english (en) I replaced all the files inside that folder with correct templates from the other folder. It works correctly, for now.
