sharingsunshine Posted August 8, 2014 Share Posted August 8, 2014 Hello, I use the order feature a great deal in the back office and I noticed that when I use the drop down to select a product many of the products have a status of no but they are still able to be selected. Is there any way to remove them from the drop down list? They are redirected to the replacement but the old product is still showing up. This is confusing to those using this option because it just says it is loading but it never will add the product to the cart. So they continue to wait and exasperate the customer at the same time.
