SplashSalons
Hello, Someone create for me a prestashop with a custom theme, but I really can't find what files he messed up. Now, I have a problem with the vouchers during checkout. The problem is that neither to the default or to the custom theme, the text box which the customer supposed to put the voucher code it doesn't show up. I'm using the default checkout system that prestashop has. So, most likely the problem is from the core files. Can somebody guide me through to find where the problem is or what it might missing? Thank you...
_beans
hello, Usually the voucher box does not appear if there is no need to. ie if no voucher is available. What is the link to you shop? or do you have a picture?
SplashSalons
Hi, The voucher is for orders above £50 to get 5% discount but I tested and never showed up... You can check it if you like as well here: http://esplashstore.com/

SplashSalons
Ok, I see...I tested in Mozilla and yes it is working fine, but in Chrome it seems that is not working at all...and I can't understand why? I cleared the cache but nothing... Is it possible that it is using some kind of script that Chrome doesn't support? (It is a long shot but sometimes you never know..)
