[Module Development] Product Pack Automatic Stock

Hi,

 

I have the "Product Pack" working, but we need the stock of the "product pack" connected with the stock of the products that conform the pack.

 

So if one on the products have 0 stock the "product pack" cant be purchased.

 

In the native solution, the "product pack" has is own stock. We need to have the "product pack" have the stock automaticed and connect with the stock of the products that conform the "Product Pack"

 

Someone available to write such a module?

 

-Prestashop Version:1.6

-Not module necesary, a modification of the files is fine also.

If you don't wana allow  order out of stock then simly disable this option.

Go to admin -> preferences ->Products and set order oos to no.

Thanks for your reply. I did that before. 

The Pack contains 3 products:

 

-Product A - Stock=100

-Product B - Stock=100

-Product C - Stock=0

 

The product C i cant purchase. Good.

But the Pack that contain products A,B and C i still can purchase because the product pack has is own stock , lets say= 500

 

So, the native solution doenst fit to my needs. Thats why i believe i need a special modification or module.

Hi Daniel,

 

I have the same problem and found a simple workaround.

 

Only need to put the attached file in the override/classes folder. This makes an automatic update of the quantities of the pack product when a customer visit the product page.

I have uploaded the file to the folder but it appears that it does not work. Example:

 

I have a pack of 4 products. Amount of pack is 25 calculated by prestashop - entered manually by me. 

 

I need something that will decrease pack amount from 25 to less - depending on one product purchased from the bundle - separatelly. 

 

Lets say:

 

Pack contains:

 

Product A

Product B

Product C

Product D

 

Quantities:

 

Product A - 30

Product B - 35

Product C - 25

Product B - 26

 

We can make 25 packs of four products. 

 

When I buy Product C - 1x 

 

 

I need Pack Amount to be decreased by 1. Does anyone have any solution to that ?
