Problem with Combination Color/Size/Picture

Hi please advice: I have a T-shirt in the shop. 10 colors, 6 sizes. The generator I generate combinations. Then I open another combination, which set the necessary COLOR BLACK = image t-shirt. I assumed then any combination of black color with any size invokes the image of black shirts. But it does not work. When you make a combination of color / image and have not yet generated sizes, so that switching colors with operating normally. I hope this does not mean that I would have generated for each combination of color / size / assign file manually, do you? It kills me, tech items is very much. It's kind of one color with many variations of size assign a single image? I hope I described it clear, thanks for the advice!
