MrSose Posted August 7, 2014 Share Posted August 7, 2014 Hello. Im new here and new in prestashop, mmmm actually new for web design/programming in general. I hope someone can help me. Here it goes. The online store in question was made long time ago in osCommerce, and recently migrated to Prestashop. Ofcourse it didnt do peachy!! But im not concerned about missing products, pics, etc What really troubles me, is that i used to put a product in google engin and it would show my site in the very first position. For a very long time it had been that way. But since the migration, Im on page 4 on google search. And obviously sales have droped big time. What happened? How can i fix it? tomerg3 Posted August 7, 2014 Share Posted August 7, 2014 Unless you have redirected all the old OSC URLs to the new matching PrestaShop URLs (products, categories) you will lose all the ranking you had. Obviously having missing products or categories will not help either.
