upgraded to 1.0.6.9 and lost payment methods function

During checkout and right after selection of delivery methods, the payment method selection page does not show either in 5 step checkout or 1 page checkout. 

 

The website was working fine before I upgraded to 1.0.6.9

 

May I ask for your assistance?
