Discount voucher not showing correct percentage value

Problem: The discount voucher percentage value shows incorrect values when change currency under user account 'My Voucher'.

Example: Below voucher is generated and is showing correct value of 5%.

But when the currency is change to Taiwan currency the value shows 139.85% which is not correct.

 

But the voucher calculation is correct in shopping cart regardless any currency. 

 

Anyone can help me to fix this problem?

may i know what ps version you use?

 it's necessary to inspect it

 

ps. it's related only to taiwan currency? or to other "non default" currencies too ?
