codearm2
I installed Prestashop v1609 via Softalicous and it was installed well but there is a problem. Everytime I try to access the url, it's always ends in request time out and the server will block my ip for about 1 hour. You can try to access it via www.gadgetplus.co.id/prestashop But, when I access www.gadgetplus.co.id it works fast and well. I've already contacted the hoster and they said nothing wrong with the server. Is this an error related to the Prestashop newest release? Dh42
Who is the hosting company, it totally looks like it is on their end to me.
codearm2
http://www.masterweb.com/gold/hosting.html I use some hostings from them. This is the only one with trouble, the others works well. Also, the manual installation doesn't work, it stuck on the configuration store error at 45% progress bar. So I end up with Softalicous Edited August 6, 2014 by codearm2 (see edit history)
El Patron
honestly, when I see issue like this and using 3rd party installer, I suggest deleting the install/db then downloading and ftp'ing the files up then installing. here are official instructions. http://doc.prestashop.com/display/PS16/Installing+PrestaShop I have nothing against 3rd party installers and this is a great way for most to get a ps running, but well sometimes...crap happens. I'd check your php error log from hosting and/or turn on PrestaShop error reporting before step it stops on.

I fixed the error and now it's manually installed but still, the access error still occurs I loaded up the url gadgetplus.co.id/prestashop and it only loads without showing anything After 30 seconds, the server refuse the connection and my ip is blocked
