kerrianne42
I've recently updated a site and when I finished and set up the SEO & URLs tab / page to reflect the name of the site, PS started having hiccups or something. See the images for screenshots for support (I've posted here before and understand the immediate consideration that I'm illiterate and have a functional IQ of 3 when I ask a question that others will tell me "can't happen") I am logging in to the backend of ReloadableShells.com This is the same base URL for the front end. When I log in to back office I am greeted with a message telling me, "You are currently connected under the following domain name reloadableshells.com This is different from the domain name set in the "SEO & URLs" tab. If this is your main domain, please change it now." I click the link and see that I am still literate and that the SEO & URLs page says "ReloadableShells.com" So, how do I convince Prestashop to stop putting this incorrect message up on back office?? Thanks.
El Patron
put the urls in lower case. this is not an issue 'unless' products disappear from cart when navigating from page to page.
kerrianne42
I've used all lower case, all upper case, and a mixture of the two. I even copied and pasted the URL from my browser's location bar. (See previous about me still being literate. And being treated as if I have an IQ of 3.) It doesn't stop that message from appearing. How is an incorrect error message not an issue? If someone SAID that to me, I'd call them a damned liar, and never trust their word again. Should I take this stance with all future PS messages and assume they're all lies and not to be trusted??
El Patron
I'd like to help you out but I don't know what door you came in. If you do not like free support, you care welcome to post in job offers. Unless you post 'all' things you have tried then we must start at basics. Because of your borderline abusiveness I will be closing this topic. In the future, (I will be watching and reviewing your posts), be respectful to other community members.
