Creating custom order statuses

I have a created custom order status which all work fine. But I can't figure out how to use the template field in order_state_lang database table? When an order is displayed (in the status history box), my custom status looks awful since the image can not be found

where 39 is the id_order_state if I look in the database.

 

So can I use the template field some how or can I upload an image to

prestashop/img/os/(my-custom-id_order_state).gif
