nspinheiro
Hi I am having from one day to another a server overload problem. If i set the store for maintenance all values "go down" and become stable. If i put it online, 2 seconds later i am having overload. There was no changes on the site, no modules installed, nothing, just some price changes. I saw the raw access log, i've block some strange ip's. but most of them have no real volume... The service provider tells me there is no problem on the server and it's a situation of my web... Any ideas on what i need to check to try to find out what is the problem? nspinheiro
Can you please point me out where to find or enable those logs?
vekia
well usually it's a part of hosting account settings (what hosting control panel you've got?) usually also log files are available on your FTP, usually in root directory or in subdirectories like /log/ /tmp /bin/ etc. these log files are simple .txt files with name like "error", "error_log", "log" etc.
