codearm2
When installing Prestashop 1.609 on server I got this error Configure shop informationAn error occurred during installation...You can use the links on the left column to go back to the previous steps, or restart the installation process by clicking here. I believe that this error has been fixed on 1.6.08 version, but why I got this error again ? Any solution? benjamin utterback
I would download the package again and try again. Sometimes the files can be corrupted during download or during upload to FTP. Can you download it again and let us know what happens? How are you installing? Via FTP? If so, what FTP, FileZilla seems to work well. Also, use WinRar to unZip. Some other programs can cause issues.

Is there any fix for this?
