white front and backoffice after upgrade 1.5.6.2 to 1.6.0.9

Recommended Posts

Dear all,

After smooth upgrade process (no error warning at backoffice) and refresh front and backoffice, we ended up with white screen at front- and backoffice.

In server log there are warnings like below. We could not find simular topic on the forum.

Any tip how we can resolve this problem?

Thank you,

Peter

i would disable the pagecache module by deleting it from the modules folder.  it is likely not compatible with PS v1.6.  see if that addresses the issue.

also you can enable debug mode by enabling _PS_MODE_DEV_ in /config/defines.inc.php.  Instead of a blank white page, you will see the error message

It turned out we did not had latest revision of module Pagecache. After we installed latest module version and ran upgrade to PS 1.6.0.9 problem was solved.

Quick question, you used the Autoupgrade module? You installed the latest version of pagecache (this module?» http://addons.prestashop.com/en/seo-prestashop-modules/7939-page-cache.html )

Did you install the latest version of pagecache via FTP?

Do you have a link to your upgraded store?

We did not use auto upgrade module, but upload / extract via server admin panel. We uninstalled pagecache module. Ran ugrade to PS 1.6.0.9  succesfully. And reinstalled latest version of pagecache module. With thanks for the support we did get from developer Joe Martin.

Sofar everything works fine, still work to fine tune the site .
