rgwhitaker
I'm running PS 1.5.4.1. I'm in the Shipping > Carriers section and have some carriers already in the list (ie, UPS Ground, FedEX Ground). I'm trying to edit them and add estimated shipping time, zone, and maximum package size and weight information. When I finish entering the information, then click the Save button, I receive the error "Property Carrier->delay is empty." What is "delay"? There is no delay option within the list. Why would this error occur? Thank you.
NemoPS
Delay should be labeled as "transit time", I believe it's that one
rgwhitaker
I entered information in that field and it still gives me the error. I entered "2-5 business days." Is that an okay way to enter the data?

rgwhitaker
Actually, I just discovered something. I didn't mention earlier that I purchased the Drop Shipper Module by Module Bazaar. I had originally entered carrier type information within the module, then when I went over to the Shipping > Carrier screen within PS Backoffice, and tried to make any modification, I would receive the error. But, I deleted everything, and this time started to create carriers from Shipping > Carrier screen. Now, I don't receive any errors. It must have something to do with the Drop Ship module. Thanks for your help!
