Virneto
Sorry guys if this is a trivial question but I've been aroud this for quite some time and cannot figure out whats wrong. I've seen other threads in the forum but nothing worked. I don't want Xamp and I already have my sandbox with other projects/scripts. It has been working fine till now I'm really about to flippOut, so here's the thing.. I'm installing Prestashop on my local machine: fedora 20 with httpd working, mysql/mariadb working and php 5.5.15 up and running. In the installation process of prestaShop he gives me the error: Permissions on files and folders I've set the pemisisons to 777 with recursive option. I've given all files and folders to Apache User. I've even restarted httpd and it still gives me the same error over and over. This is my 3rd install attempt in last 2 days, so, you can see why i'm flipping..... Here's some pics of the errors and ls -al output of my web folder and prestashop error: Some help would really be appreciated....like, I'm sitting in front of my laptop and waiting! Thanks in advance!! Virneto
