Add notice to create account for unregistered visitors

My shop is running version 1.6.0.8 and I have B2B enabled and have all product categories limited to registered customers to be able to purchase products. You can still view them, but the price and add to cart button is not displayed unless they are logged in. What I would like is to have a notice on that block when someone is viewing the site and NOT logged in which says Please create an account to view pricing and make purchases.

 

I'm not a programmer, but if someone has already accomplished this and can give me the steps I can implement it on the site.
