Theme Kitchen Supplies Store - add categories - blank tree

Prestashop version 1.6.0.8

I bought a template (Kitchen Supplies Store) and I imported it through Prestashop Import -

And i see some problems, what i wrote below, please help with this:

when I would like add categories I cannot choose "Parent category" - tree with categories is blank...
