kpham501
Running Prestashop 1.5.6.1, multishop. When I load the main store at www.freshairesupply.com/store it gives me a "This page is not availiable" error. But if I then click home it works fine. The other store which is exactly the same but with different pricing has no issues loading ever. ws.freshairesupply.com OR www.freshairesupply.com/store/ws The only thing I can think of is that when I initially enter "www.freshairesupply.com" in my address bar the browser loads "www.freshairesupply.com/store/index.php? which shows the error. But when I click home the browser address bar shows "www.freshairesupply.com/store" Please advise. Thanks in advance!!! Kevin

vekia
so you're accessing with wrong url. this is the proper url: http://freshairesupply.com/store/
michaelbragg
You need to download a program called Store Commander. It will allow you to place your pages back into the home page folder and reconnect. Download the FREE module, install it and get the plugin needed to run it from your server. Run the program and you'll see all your pages are out of the home folder, drag and drop them back in and it will fix your issue. You may also need to create a new home page "untitled" and place it into the recycle bin within Store Commander.
vekia
just wondering how the problem with WRONG URL is related to store commander ;-)
michaelbragg
When you edit main menu pages they come out of the home folder. Store Commander allows you to put them back into the home folder and restore the links.
