reflectiveoffice
Hi, I'm having a major problem with the theme configurator. I cannot edit banners etc. All changes I make to text, URL etc. won't save. I've managed to get the images to display by adding a jpg or png extension via ftp but they have really long files names: eg. http://www.cmsbitz.c...1_hp-banner4png When I try and save changes, the image URL is missing the png or jpg extension and Image Title and Target Link won't save. Can anyone help?
vekia
1) what prestashop version you use? 2) what theme configurator module version you use? 3) you run store based on "multistore" engine ?

reflectiveoffice
Any ideas why the theme configurator has stopped working? Is this a bug? Images are uploaded with very long file names and the file extension is missing (png or jpg). I've had to add them manually via ftp. Also Target Links & Title won't update. reflectiveoffice
Hi, Thank you maxrm40. Unfortunately this didn't work. When I click on reset, I get the following message: 2 errors Cannot install this module. This module has already been installed.
reflectiveoffice
OK I got it working. I couldn't uninstall the module the usual way either because of an error message. In the end I removed it via ftp and replaced it with a clean version from the prestashop 1.6 download. I had to re-add my text, hyperlinks and images so be aware of this if you have to do the same thing (make a note of your settings). Also, the theme configurator had moved and appeared at the bottom of the page. To fix this, I used the Live Edit feature to move it back to it's original position. Hopefully this will be helpful to others with the same issue.
