Customization on product page

Hi all,

 

I do custom graphic work for my customers, where they have the option to upload a picture under the "customization" area on the product page.  I state there (on the product page) that a submitted graphic needs to be a minimum of 300 DPI.

 

My question:

Is there a way to set up PS to reject an uploaded image that does not meet the minimum standard?  I am always running into the problem of poor quality, low resolution images from my customers and then having to ask them to re-submit/upload a new, better resolution image.  This is a waste of my customer's time and a source of frustration on both ends.  Sales are also lost as a result.

If there is a solution, please help me out.
