First: This shop is a great work, fantastic.

Is there a specific file that tell which files has chanced or new one in a new Version?

When not can the Presta team write in the future in the chngelogs (folder and file). I know that you spend a little bit more time, but it will be a great help.

The is no file-changes log but there is a change log.
