no postcode in address

hi all im new to prestashop,

im struggerling,

in the customer contact address, i get no postcode for the uk also theres no uk default contack in countries, it has a dash in the dropdown menu 

 

any help would be appreciated,

 

i did buy the shine theme but i had to many errors so gave it up

Go to your UK Country definition in the back office and confirm the postal code field is "Yes", and that postcode appears in the address format.

ahh in countires, then add postcode

now the state wont disapear, even tho i have disabled it in countries,

and i now have identification number ??

what theme are you using, and what version of Prestashop?
