Website shopping cart and user log in not working all of a sudden!

Recommended Posts

Dear gurus, I'm running into a major problem with my website which has been live for 1-2 years now. The website was all well and functional (with real transactions) but all of a sudden (I did not do any changes or upgrade to the latest version), I can't add anything to the shopping cart nor can users log in properly. Now I'm trying to narrow down where and why it has failed suddenly and hope to get any hints/advice from anyone who might face this before.

When I check for more details under the configuration section, it shows a list of 661 changes which have been done (but I swear I have not done anything, could my site been hacked or something).

Please refer to the attached text file for the detailed changes.

Hope to get some help here urgently!

Regards,

Chris
