Manage Newsletter subscriptions list

Hello,

I am interested to modify the newsletter subscribers list. From where I can change it or modify?
Do I need a special module or?
If I make an export from newsletter block I see there only 3 people with 3 e-mail addresses. And if I try to add a new one which is not there the front office news letter module told me that this address is already present in the database.

I think its best to manage using third party like mailchimp or sendinblue.

 

their is a newsletter block module, you can manage there, although its very limited.
