And when I try to enter the menu Location> Zone, from the BO, I get this type of error: Query SQL not valid Table 'elemen16_presta01.ps_zone' doesn't exist Could anybody help me? Thank What version of PrestaShop are you using? Go to Localization>Countries and enable the countries you want enabled. Have you done that? I am using Prestashop 1.6 Anyway, when I go to Localization>Countries, I get this error: "Bad SQL query Table 'elemen16_presta01.ps_zone' doesn't exist" PS. new problem: other registration fields (like Name, Address...) are not displayed anymore. I got the installation from the Prestashop official website. First I worked on my local database and then I imported all the files in the database I created on my domain. Can you help me? I tried, but nothing happens ... Localization> zones is always the same error: SQL query not valid Table 'elemen16_presta01.ps_zone' does not exist the same happens when I go on Localization> states help me please! i'm desperate.. I am traveling and had little time to help in that regard. knowing how to navigate and review your db via phpmyadmin will make you better shop owner. let us know how it goes.
