Rebel Tech
So, I don't know what is going on. Friday (25/07/2014) at around 11AM my server spiked to 100% load. The host provider has tried nearly everything is fix the issue but it seems like it is a software issue. I have disabled modules, cleared cache (APC and PageCache Add-on module), change tmp and cache folder to permission 0777. The front end loads at an average speeds but as soon as an agent is in the back end then the server spikes to 100% load. I enabled debug Load time: 11809 msYou'd better run your shop on a toaster The longest load time comes at 120.959. From: n /home/***/public_html/***/classes/QuickAccess.php:65 from /classes/controller/AdminController.php:1529from /tools/profiling/Controller.php:222from /override/classes/Dispatcher.php:328from /override/classes/Dispatcher.php:40from /admin******/index.php:54 I have no idea how to fix this or where do go from here. Currently there are: 4 agents online in the backend. and: Online Visitors (in the last 30 minutes): 140 Active Shopping Carts (in the last 30 minutes): 13 The server is reporting the following loads: CPU Usage 100 / 100 % Virtual Memory Usage 840.9 / 2048 MB Physical Memory Usage 733.4 / 2048 MB I am stuck - any thoughts? NemoPS
Try disabling all overrides. It only happens in the back office, right?
Rebel Tech
Try disabling all overrides. It only happens in the back office, right? Yeah, I have disabled all overrides. Let me see what happens. Edited July 28, 2014 by Rebel Tech (see edit history)
ZikmaSolutions
Use putty , to check cpu load and you will see what is problem...
Rebel Tech
Yeah, I have disabled all overrides. Let me see what happens. Disabled the overrides. [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module FrontController: Cannot redeclare class FrontControllerCore when accessing \Modules\ Speeds on Front end are now terrible. The shop has 5751 products. Use putty , to check cpu load and you will see what is problem... I don't have access to this
NemoPS
Try and do a global search on your files (download them first) and look for Class FrontController
Rebel Tech
Try and do a global search on your files (download them first) and look for Class FrontController FrontController is owned by PageCache module - it sits in override/classes/controller/ I honestly don't know how I can determine if it is a server issue or a software issue. NemoPS
It's likely a software issue if you only get it in the back office... I think
Rebel Tech
I have just booted all the agents out. CPU Usage 85 / 100 % Virtual Memory Usage 395.7 / 2048 MB Physical Memory Usage 540.8 / 2048 MB Now I am doubting it is just admin side.
JPresta.com
Disabled the overrides. [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module FrontController: Cannot redeclare class FrontControllerCore when accessing \Modules\ Speeds on Front end are now terrible. By "terrible" you mean faster? Can you do a "top" to see which process is using the CPU?
Rebel Tech
By "terrible" you mean faster? Can you do a "top" to see which process is using the CPU? terrible as in it took longer without PageCache. How do I do a "top"?
JPresta.com
You need to log on your server using a tool like putty (SSH). Then in a console you enter "top", this will show you all running process.
El Patron
you only posted small amount of information concerning debug profiling. the clue to helping will be in those details you may consider posting in job offerings to get someone who can look at back office closer, but you are also welcome to continue here but provide more profiling info.
