Edit e-mail after check out

My page uses paypal to check out, but I want to edit the mail content after check out that the customer receive. 

 

How should I do?

I think you can try and modify the email templates for the paypal modules in the back office, translations, email templates translations

you're talking about mail that you receive from your shop? or about mail that you receive from paypal? if second - there is no possibility to alter it

exactly as Nemo suggested, you can do it under translations of email page

you can add there own contents, not only "translate" mail
